ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

After the resounding success of the inaugural conference in 2024, the FMM Youth Committee is back with the ASEAN Manufacturing Youth Conference 2025 (AMYC 2025) !

JOIN US on August 27-28, 2025 at the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where ASEAN young business leaders and SMEs in manufacturing will converge for two days of high-impact discussions on new practices, innovations, advanced technologies and foster sustainability and diversity. This premier event will offer a great platform to exchange updates, share experience and forge meaningful connections.

With Malaysia serving as the ASEAN Chair this year, the AMYC 2025 will hold even greater significance. The conference will be able to highlight and elevate the role of ASEAN young business leaders and SMEs in manufacturing within the economic pillar of the ASEAN Community Vision and its strategic plans.

PROGRAMME OUTLINE

Targeting an attendance of over 300 delegates, this two-day conference will feature engaging panel discussions and presentation sessions tailored for ASEAN young business leaders and SMEs.

With the theme “Reimagining ASEAN Manufacturing”, topics will cover an overview of the ASEAN manufacturing landscape; emphasising innovation and the empowerment of young business leaders as key to driving long-term growth. Other key topics include practical pathways to digital transformation, supply chain resilience, repositioning sustainability and inclusivity for long-term impact, financing growth and innovation in manufacturing and leadership insights from the next generation of young business leaders in driving innovation and modernising traditional manufacturing processes.
