The FMM Youth committee (YC) focusing on the youth in manufacturing industry. Its committee member comprises of youth in manufacturing below the age of 45 and mainly from the 2nd and 3rd generation of the business as well as young entrepreneurs
FMM YC aims to develop and groom the next generation of entrepreneurs in manufacturing; and create an interactive business-networking platform for young entrepreneurs to network, upskill, gain more exposure, innovate, improve efficiency and productivity in manufacturing industry, as well as create value through collaboration. Its main activities include networking and learning sessions through hands-on factory visits of our members. We strive to learn from each other to grow together.
